Thesis Design & Documentation: A Better Style to Follow

When a candidate enters into final year of his or her bachelor's degree, the most irritating question screws his mind is to submission of final year project. The project usually called a thesis, research report or a dissertation they all are synonymous to each other to some extent despite of changes made in accordance with the nature and subject of the study. Due to lack of research trends in Pakistan universities, students and instructors are not enough familiar with research techniques. This is a fact that adds to the tension of universities pupils. In this regard, the very bomb fall on them is to design a research project in coherent.
The information is provided them with is very traditional and complicated stating a six common segments including Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology Framework and Findings, Analysis and Conclusion. Though, a template inscribed with general guide lines is distributed among the educatee, which is not a fruitful practice without interpretation of the paper. If the given paper is elaborated, the method is employed to elucidate is much traditional and typical without enough details. This piece of article is solution to those unfortunate students who are suffering from a bad supervisor.
In fact, the paper is not only a hope of ray for students but also the guidance for teachers who have recently entered into their professional career. Actually, this writing piece will provide a clear description over the design and documentation of a dissertation, which would definitely help teachers to supervise their students as well as assist them in their further studies. The basic sections of a dissertation has been already mentioned, now they would be described in detail to provide readers with enough information with regard to disposition of a research study. The introductory chapter of a research study composed of eight subsections; introduction, hypothesis, research question, research objectives, scope of study, nature of study and outline of the study.
This chapter would give a highlight of the whole study. It comprises basic information of the study. The second part is dedicated to critical review of already conducted researches presenting literary evidences for the provision of firm foundation to the study. This chapter which is in three distinct sections; introduction, literature review and summary attempts to answer research questions in precise detail. Research questions are investigated from different perspectives which are presented with the support of a variety of authentic sources including scholarly work and first hand data collected by the researcher.
Subsequently, the third portion gives a detailed account of methodology that the researcher employs for the study. This chapter is divided in eight distinct sub sections; introduction, research philosophy, research approach, secondary research, bibliography, research limitation, veracity of the study and summary. Each section discusses related information in detail to give complete insight into the procedure of this study.
The fourth chapter of a research study deals with representation of research findings whether cultivated through primary or secondary research methods. This section commonly constituents of three sub sections including introduction, presentation of obtained data and summary. After presentation of gathered, in the subsequent section, the interpreted data is analysed with the help of scholarly work of different schools of thought to make this study more concrete. Under this component, existing literature and primary data is carefully reviewed in analytical manner. The ending part concludes the whole research findings in reflection of broader discussion held in above chapter. This section not only draws conclusions with the assessment of research questions but also proposes some recommendations with regard to research subject and future projections.
